Adult Education Class about Psychical Research

It is that time of year again and following very successful years we offer you the following for consideration.

What can you reasonably believe about the Paranormal? ( It will not be boring)

To allow you to assemble a more informed opinion on this Professor Archie E Roy and Tricia J Robertson offer a twenty week course at the University of Glasgow for the Department of Adult and Continuing Education, entitled “An In Depth Study Of Psychical Research”. Each lecture has duration of 2 hours. Course number G022. DACE number 0141 330 1835. It will be on a Tuesday night.

Among the topics under consideration and examination are:

Apparitions
Haunted places and haunted people
Poltergeist activity
Psychological aspects of phenomena
Telepathy
Mediumship- in many forms
Premonitions
Psychokinesis
People with unusual abilities
Paranormal healing
Psychic surgery
Historical research into the paranormal, including the cross correspondences.
Drop in communicators
Obsession, possession and overshadowing
Reincarnation, children who remember a previous life.
Theories of the paranormal.

Most lectures are supported by at least one of the following audio visual aids; video recordings, audio recordings and Power Point presentations.
Next session of courses begin in October 2008.
